Banking activities of VLS Securities Ltd., since inception. He
is the CFO of VLS Securities Ltd., and Principal Officer for the
Portfolio Management Services of the company. He is on the Board
of VLS Asset Management Ltd. He is a Founder Member on the Board
of Governors of The New Delhi CFA Association, New Delhi
He has been a visiting faculty at the ICFAI Business School, New
Delhi and has conducted Financial Training Programs at Steel
Authority of India, New Delhi and National Institute of Banking
Studies & Corporate Management, Noida.

Over 16 years experience in Project Appraisals, Housing Finance
& Issue management. Has been associated with VLS Finance Ltd.
and VLS Securities Ltd. for more than 12 years in merchant
